Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery and facility buildings to optimize processing and reduce downtime;
Conduct daily, weekly, quarterly and semi-annual safety/maintenance inspections according to guidelines; complete related GMP paperwork;
Respond to maintenance calls on a 24 hours 7 days per week basis; rotate on-call and maintain spare parts program;
Maintain building climate by installing, repairing and servicing ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems;
Maintain facility lighting by installing and repairing wiring and fixtures
