As a Residential HVAC Installer for Sharp Plumbing & Heating you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients doing installations. Work one-on-one with our residential HVAC clients to install customized solutions ranging from a variety of Plumbing equipment that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showing off your craftsmanship!

SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM NUMBER OF HIRES NEEDED: 1 EXPECTED HIRE DATE: 3 - 14 Business Days JOB CATEGORY: HVAC Installer COMPENSATION TYPES:
Hourly OR Commission Pay Structure
- Proven track record of successful HVAC installation
- 3+ Years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of plumbing products and services
- Ability to travel to 3customer locations as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with a variety of residential electrical systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge.
- Positive attitude
- Team player
- Hard working
- Must be reliable
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check
- Compensation: $60K-$108K/Year (DOE)
