We are hiring drivers and crew leads for year-round employment to add to our growing MA team. We are a premier national moving and storage company with state‑of‑the‑art facilities.

• Drivers: Valid driver's license required; CDL not required; box truck experience recommended; clean driving record.
• Crew Leads: Documented moving industry experience; references required; knowledge of loading, wrapping, packing.
• Compensation: $16-$18/hour based on experience, plus tips. 40+ hours/week expected. Sick pay and healthcare benefits.

Provide moving estimates via phone, handle customer accounts, manage databases, and serve as the customer's single point of contact from inquiry through follow‑up.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills required.
• Handle customer inquiries, draft contracts, and send confirmations.
• Computer literate;
  Excel and CRM experience a plus.
• Previous moving or service industry experience strongly recommended.
