Manpower - 175 Bear Foot Road - Responsibilities:
Manual Material Handling:
Moving, arranging, lifting, and loading storage boxes, bins, and totes ranging from 24 lbs to around 50 lbs;
Order Processing:
Processing incoming and outgoing orders by reading labels and utilizing a proprietary computer system to track locations;
Equipment Operation:
Safely loading and operating hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling aids over uneven and concrete surfaces;
Palletization:
Loading boxes onto pallets at ground level or on carts and ensuring they are properly shrink-wrapped for secure transport;
Inventory Tracking:
Using handheld scanners to determine the location of files, books, and backup tapes within the warehouse
