Warehouse Associate

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.

Essential Functions

* Receive and inspect incoming materials; verify quantities and part numbers against packing slips and purchase orders

* Stock inventory and assign bin locations as needed

* Pick, pack, and process orders accurately and efficiently

* Package materials to ensure safe delivery; build crates/skids when required

* Process shipments using carrier systems (UPS, Fed Ex, LTL) and stage for pickup

* Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records

* Load/unload trucks and coordinate shipments as needed

* Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, carts, ladders, etc.)

* Assist with hose assembly and light fabrication work when required

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

* Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Experience, Education and Skills

* High school diploma or GED

* 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order picking experience preferred

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems

* Team-oriented with good communication skills
