POSITION SUMMARY

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday 6:00am‑2:30pm. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
  • Lifting: lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; when lifting commercial tires perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
  • When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
  • Operate safely in stock racks that can reach 25 feet tall, maintaining safe practices while using equipment.
  • Be on the move—work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory, and will call) depending on business needs.
  • Perform other job‑related tasks and follow supervisor instructions subject to reasonable accommodations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

The employee must be qualified to operate equipment safely. This includes frequently lifting products up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Handling commercial tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) requires team lifts or mechanical equipment. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL).

All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except steel/composite toe boots. The work environment may expose employees to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
  • 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Capacity to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
  • Abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations.
  • Pass forklift certification.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana).
