Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Northborough, MA 01532. This is a 3-month contract position with the potential for extension, offering a pay rate between $20 and $21.50 per hour. Candidates may choose between a Sunday through Thursday shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM or a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage the loading, unloading, and stocking of automotive parts and tires within a high-speed warehouse setting, utilizing specialized equipment like pickers and forklifts. You will also leverage scanning technology to accurately locate and store inventory. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally, with team assistance or mechanical aids provided for heavier commercial tires.

You must be capable of exerting 40 pounds of pushing force when handling agricultural or industrial items and feel comfortable operating machinery at heights of up to 25 feet. This position requires remaining active on your feet for long durations and being available for overtime when necessary. You will play a vital role in maintaining a secure working environment by strictly following all safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Additionally, you may provide support to other areas such as inventory management, ecommerce, or will-call services as operational demands arise.
