Position: Full-Time Teller

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Full‑Time Teller to join our Whitinsville Main Office Branch. The Teller is the primary front‑line contact with customers, providing accurate, efficient, and pleasant service while performing all teller‑related functions and presenting a friendly, professional image.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently exceed customer service expectations by greeting, smiling, using the customer’s name, and building rapport.
  • Process teller transactions quickly and accurately in accordance with bank policy and procedures.
  • Cross‑sell products and services and make appropriate referrals to staff members and departments.
  • Demonstrate basic product knowledge and handle customer inquiries.
  • Set up and maintain the workstation, including computer open procedures, cash ordering, and supplies.
  • Verify all transactions and prove cash drawer upon shift completion to ensure compliance with Uni Bank Teller Standards.
  • Perform clerical duties such as transaction and branch proof documentation; process night drop work.
  • Assist the ATM Custodian with cash replenishment, ATM proof, and ATM maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in community and networking events.
  • Maintain compliance with all operational, internal control, security policies, and regulations, including BSA reporting, CRA, Regulation CC.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High‑school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Good verbal, math, and customer service skills; clerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with poise and tact.
  • Cash handling and customer service experience required.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
Benefits & Pay

The estimated base hourly rate for this position is $18.00–$21.00 per hour.
