LTC Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist at Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation. In this skilled nursing role, you'll help residents work toward meaningful milestones, from standing safely to walking with greater confidence.
What You'll DoAssess residents' physical abilities and establish measurable recovery goals
Plan and provide treatment for mobility, strength, balance, and endurance
Practice gait and transfers using appropriate assistive devices
Reassess outcomes and modify care as residents' needs change
Document treatment and share recommendations with nursing and fellow clinicians
Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
