About The Job

We are expanding and searching for a dynamic HVAC Installation Manager. We are seeking someone who is goal oriented, self‑motivated, and has demonstrated leadership and people‑development skills. The HVAC Installation Manager will oversee daily residential installs while managing the field and the office operations. The field includes Install Crews consisting of Supervisors, Leads, Seconds, and Apprentices. The office includes Admin and permit delivery specialist.

Requirements

and Skills
  • Mandatory 10+ years within the HVAC Residential Industry. Please do not apply without HVAC experience. Please do not apply if you only have commercial experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a management role within the industry
  • Technical School diploma or certificate of completion
  • Oversight of Permits and Inspections
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools and materials
  • Extensive technical skills within the trade
  • Customer/Client Interfacing
  • Ability & willingness to work a flexible schedule as necessary to meet customer requirements
  • Understanding of operational concepts including planning, scheduling, and logistics
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Responsibilities
  • Directly manages Installation team members. This includes but is not limited to: interviewing, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Stay abreast of industry technological developments and convey this knowledge to team members.
  • Coordinate team member activities to ensure individual and team goals are consistently achieved; ensure team members are working up to the highest standards in all aspects of their positions; conduct regular meetings to review company policy and procedures, performance, quality and safety statistics.
  • Interface effectively with other departments to ensure employees provide superior customer service; conduct ride‑a‑longs with Service Technicians.
  • Provide customer service support, as necessary; respond to customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner; resolve excessive consumption problems.
  • Promote and support the Company brand.
Compensation

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year. We offer aggressive salary and incentive plans based on personal experience, efficiency and productivity and revenue goals.
