Drives a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road routes to deliver and unload food and related products to customers in a safe and timely manner;
Performs pre/post trip inspections and DOT compliance;
Unloads products from the trailer and transfers them to customer storage areas, securing freight as needed;
Verifies delivery with customer, collects signatures and payments where required, and completes required paperwork;
Maintains accurate daily logs of hours of service and adheres to company and DOT policies
