Job Description
Warehouse associates are the foundation of the company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process while ensuring quality standards are met. As a Warehouse Worker you will support the shipping and receiving functions within our warehouse.
Position PurposeSupport shipping and/or receiving functions in a timely manner, maintain inventory and warehouse work areas, observe all safety regulations, and ensure all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Work as part of a team and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
We Deliver the Goods- Pay starts at $17 an hour plus incentive (based on experience)
- Schedule:

- Performs general warehouse duties such as forklift put‑away, let‑downs, will‑call selection, returns, sanitation, break down pallets, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving
- Maintains general housekeeping; keeps warehouse area, loading dock, and trailers clear and clean; ensures safe work area and reports unsafe conditions
- Conducts daily safety check of assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance with company policy
- Performs damage‑control checks on items received and contacts supervisor about removal according to policy
- Replaces batteries requiring recharging, completes vehicle inspection checklist, and follows all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines
- Reviews work schedule and daily production paperwork to prepare for operations
- Puts on all required personal protective equipment and safety gear
- Meets required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines
- Secures all equipment and completes necessary paperwork
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves and replenish product from various heights weighing 10–35 pounds and generally up to approximately 60–90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
- Able to work in multi‑temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer, and dry
- Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check
- 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
- 6+ months of experience operating a forklift and/or pallet jack
- Food service distribution or related industry experience
