Senior Accountant | $80,000 to $100,000 + Benefits

Our client, a growing and dynamic organization, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to take ownership of accounting operations, contribute to process improvements, and provide accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has strong technical accounting skills, and enjoys collaborating across teams to support business decisions.

• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close processes.
• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany accounting activities.
• Assist with tax compliance, including preparation of supporting schedules and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate reporting of financial results.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to system implementations or automation initiatives.
• Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries from external auditors.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
