Controller/Accounting Manager – Lease Accounting Project (Hybrid)

Accounting Consultant will manage a lease accounting project, implement new lease accounting software, assist with ASC 842 compliance, and support external audit activities. The role reports to the controller and involves research projects, preparation of supporting schedules for year‑end audits, and coordination with external auditors.

• Assist with the implementation of a new lease accounting software. Prior ASC 842 experience and exposure to reviewing lease agreements required.
• Report to the controller and take on research projects.
• Prepare supporting schedules for external auditors in preparation for year‑end and annual audit.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA or MBA is desired.
• Prior experience with Lease Accounting software and ASC 842 is required.
• Prior experience working with external auditors during year‑end and annual audit is required. Experience being the point of contact for external auditors or heading the year‑end process is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to multi‑task are a must.
