Controller | Northern Suburb's
Lead the accounting function of a fast-growing, PE-backed manufacturing and distribution company in a high-impact, high-visibility role.
Salary: $150K – $175K + bonus (target ~10%)

- Oversee all accounting functions across a multi-location business unit
- Lead and build out shared services for AP/AR across the organization
- Manage and mentor a team of 3–4, including Accounting Manager and transactional staff
- Handle month-end close, P&L analysis, vendor spend, aging, DSO, and cash flow reporting
- Drive process improvement and standardization across acquisitions
