Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Do you love bringing people together, keeping the details in order, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? Are you the person who naturally connects the dots, anticipates what's needed next, and takes pride in making everyone around you more effective?
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join a confidential, high-net-worth family office where collaboration, trust, and longevity truly matter.
This isn't your typical administrative role. You'll be the administrative hub of the office
, working across Legal, Accounting, Tax, Investments, family support, and outside service providers. No two days will look exactly alike, and that's part of the appeal!
- A genuinely tenured team. Longevity isn't just a talking point here. Team members have been with the family and company for 10+ years, and there's a real appreciation for working together and building lasting relationships.
- A role with variety and impact. From coordinating documents and signature workflows to supporting tax and investment administration, recurring reporting, charitable giving, and day-to-day office operations, you'll help keep the entire office running smoothly.
- A collaborative environment. You'll work closely with smart, approachable professionals across multiple disciplines who value reliability, communication, and follow-through.
- Trust and ownership. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of processes, track outstanding items, anticipate needs, and become the go-to person everyone can count on.
- Hybrid flexibility. In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with a typical schedule of approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
You're an experienced administrative professional with 8+ years of experience in legal, accounting, finance, professional services, or a similarly detail-driven environment. You're organized, proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable juggling competing priorities without losing sight of the details. You know how to exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive information with discretion, communicate clearly, and follow things through to completion.
You're also comfortable learning new technology, exploring evolving AI tools, and finding smarter ways to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Above all, discretion is essential. This is a confidential family office where trust, professionalism, and sound judgment are paramount.
If you're looking for more than a desk to manage — if you want to be part of a close-knit team, build lasting relationships, and make a meaningful impact behind the scenes — this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
