Inside Sales Manager

Apply to lead a high‑performing Inside Sales team dedicated to closing deals over the phone. The role is based on‑site and focuses on recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing sales representatives while ensuring they achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  • Hire, develop, and retain Inside Sales Representatives using company processes and tools.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs and provide coaching.
  • Manage daily team performance, monitor KPIs, deliver feedback, and conduct performance coaching.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to align customer engagement strategies.
  • Serve as key point of contact for escalations and complex customer interactions.
  • Support hiring efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and leverage tools for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture (HR) to align role clarity, career paths, and incentive plans.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a preference for managing sales employees.
  • Proven record of building and developing successful sales teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, other CRM systems, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
  • High‑performing leadership style and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communicator with experience in performance management reporting.
  • Knowledge of sales philosophies and closing strategies.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 per annum. Eligible for a sales/commission plan at 30%–50% of the base salary. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off (up to 120 hours), 12 paid holidays, paid sick leave, 401(k) matching, and more.
