Strategic Project Coordinator - Great Computer Solutions (GCS)

Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Strategic Project Coordinator for our operating company,
Great Computer Solutions (GCS) in Northbrook, Illinois. The Strategic Project Coordinator will play a key part in driving initiatives forward, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring both projects and daily operations run smoothly. • Develop and implement project strategies to support organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
• Serve as the liaison between project teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide administrative support to the office as needed.
• Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies.
• Coordinate with IT to manage office equipment.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with the ability to suggest and implement improvements.
• Project Management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.

Compensation

The targeted base compensation for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per year and will operate out of the main office in Northbrook, Illinois.
