• Runningthejobsitefrommobilizationthroughcompletion,keepingsafety,quality,andschedulewheretheyneedtobe.
• Directingsubcontractors,vendors,andconsultantsandmakingsuretherightmanpowerisinplace.
• Buildingandmanagingschedules,including three-weeklookaheads,inspections,andweeklycoordination.
• Catchingconflictsbetweendrawingsandfieldconditionsbeforetheybecomeexpensiveproblems.
• Workingdirectlywithclients,architects,consultants,andcontractorstoresolveissuesandkeepcommunicationclear.
• Holdingsubcontractorsaccountablefortheirscope,quality,schedule,and deficiencies.
• Maintainingaclean,organizedsiteandthedocumentationneededtokeeptheentireprojectteamaligned.

You’llworkon
high-endretail,hospitality,restaurant,andotherexperientialprojects
wherethefinishedproductmatters.

You’llalsohavetheopportunitytobuildadiverseprojectportfolioratherthangettingstuckdoingthesametypeofworkoverandover.

Thecompensationrangeis$110,000–$135,000
,andthisisatravelingposition,soyou’llneedtobecomfortablespendingextendedstretchesontheroaddependingonwheretheprojecttakesyou.

Threeormoreyearsof Superintendentexperienceandastrongunderstandingofthetradesarerequired;high-endretail,restaurant,ormultifamilyexperienceisaplus.
