design-drivenrestaurantandexperientialprojects
wherethedetailsaren’toptional.

High-finish interiors,complexMEPcoordination,specialty finishes,millwork,owner-furnished equipment,tightschedulesandclientswhoexpectyoutohaveyouracttogether.

• Leading bidding,estimating,andproposalsbeforetakingtheprojectthroughconstructionandcloseout.
• Managing budgets,schedules,procurement,subcontractors,andcostcontrolfromstarttofinish.
• Servingasthepointpersonforclients,architects,designers,consultants,landlords,andtheinternalprojectteam.
• Workingcloselywiththe Superintendentandfieldteamtoturndesignintentintoafinishedproject.
• Identifyingrisksaroundlong-lead materials,permitting,inspections,utilities,andotherschedule-criticalitemsbeforetheybecomefires.
• ManagingRFIs,submittals,change orders,cost reporting,andclientcommunicationwithoutlettingdetailsfallthroughthecracks.
• Coordinatingspecialtyfinishes,millwork,fixtures,equipment,andowner-furnisheditemswhereprecisionmatters.

You’llhavetheautonomytoruncomplexprojectswith
typicaloversightnotconstanthand-holding
.You’llworkacrossrestaurantandexperientialconceptswhilealsobringingluxury/high-endretailexperiencetothetable.

Compensation is$110,000–$135,000
,basedonexperience,withperiodicnationaltravel,generally2–4dayspermonth.

You’reprobablyafitif
you’vealreadyprovenyoucanrunacomplexcommercialTIprojectindependently.

You’reorganized,proactive,calmunderpressure,strongwithclients,andcomfortablemakingdecisionswhenthescheduledoesn’tleavemuchroomformistakes.

Restaurantconstructionexperienceiswelcome,buthigh-endretailorcomparableluxuryinteriorexperiencecantranslatewell.

Fast-foodorlimited-buildoutconceptsaren’tlikelytoprovidethecomplexitythisrolerequires.
