We’re looking for a friendly, confident and engaging person to join our team as a Customer Care Assistant. You’ll be the welcoming face of our restaurant — greeting customers, chatting with families, and creating a warm, positive atmosphere from the moment they walk in.

Your role is all about interaction— talking to customers, checking how their visit is going, helping with any needs and making sure everyone feels comfortable and valued. Whether you’re handing out flags or balloons to children, helping organise small events, or simply offering a smile and friendly conversation, you’ll make a real difference to every guest’s experience.
