Job Summary
We are seeking someone full time for our Customer Service position. This position is NOT remote.
Responsibilities- Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails
- Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
- Enter information from one system to another
- Work with multiple websites and programs
- Previous experience working in Customer Care
- Comfortable using computers and customer management software
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must have 3-5 years healthcare experience, Cardiology preferred
- Good personality
- Highly organized
- Responsive to all customer requests
