Lakeview Covenant Church in Northbrook, IL is seeking a FULL-TIME or HALF-TIME Youth Pastor to shepherd our youth group students. We are specifically looking for a candidate who will do the ministry in English, but bilingual is preferred (e.g. Korean). We welcome all applicants who are either Biblically trained, or presently being trained in a seminary or Bible college institution. They must have a heart to lead and develop leaders for God’s Kingdom.

The bulk of ministry would happen on Fridays and Sundays (excluding church retreats and other events).

Responsibilities would include:

• Overall shepherding for the youth group (about 60-70 students).
• Discipling them, along with the teachers.
• Organizing events and activities (retreats, missions, events, etc.).
• Leading worship (twice on Sundays) for the youth.
• Preaching occasionally in the EC.
• Attending weekly staff meetings for accountability.

Salary: $60,000 / year
