We are hiring a new Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations for the 2027-28 school year! The District 30 community is seeking an ethical, student-centered finance and operations leader to join our administrative cabinet. This individual will safeguard the District's strong financial position, oversee all business and facilities functions, and lead long-range planning for enrollment growth and facility needs, while directly supervising our talented, tight-knit Business Office and Buildings and Grounds teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's Degree and a Professional Educator License with CSBO endorsement, brings demonstrated district-level experience in both finance and facilities, and takes time to understand existing systems before making changes. We are looking for a clear, approachable communicator who can make complex financial information understandable to any audience and who keeps every decision connected to students and classrooms.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• Professional Educator License with Chief School Business Official (CSBO) endorsement
• Experience overseeing finance and operational aspects of a school district
• Experience supervising Business Office and/or Buildings and Grounds personnel
• Board-funded Illinois Teachers' Retirement System (TRS) contributions
• Board-funded medical insurance payments
