ResponsibilitiesThe Treasury Analyst, as a key member of the Hilco Global Finance team will handle a broad and diverse range of responsibilities and assignments to support various dimensions of Finance and Treasury functions. The role will embrace attributes of adaptability and flexibility as the specific duties and responsibilities will evolve based on both the skills of the incumbent and the growth of the Company.
The candidate must be a motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and process improvement skills and demonstrated knowledge of key responsibilities.
- Daily preparation/initiation of wires and other payments
- Follow and enforce Global Treasury Policy
- Cash management for Global Hilco entities
- Daily, weekly, monthly cash flow forecast management
- Banking and Bank Portal Administration
- Opening and closing of bank accounts, managing signatories and list of authorized approvers.
- Loan management- borrowings/repayments with support from Global Treasury team
- Subject Matter Expert from Treasury for support to Finance and accounting functions
- Support in developing and maintaining internal controls
- Support with funding of all investments from the appropriate financing vehicles
- Provide interest expense and outstanding debt analysis and debt covenant compliance calculations
- Support Treasury staff with any ad hoc projects.
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork, initiative, and integrity
- Ability to identify and take on critical projects, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic/challenging environment
- Hands‑on, resourceful with strong analytical and communication skills. Able to work autonomously but also operate as part of a strong, cohesive team.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a treasury or finance role or Business/Finance degree, preferred
- Understanding of Accounting Functions
- High attention to detail; ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality and a strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written and time‑management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
In compliance with the New York & Illinois Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role in Illinois is between $70,000-$95,000. This salary range does not include discretionary bonus or other forms of compensation or benefits which are offered in connection with this job. Several factors are considered when determining a candidate’s compensation. Please note that the salary range listed for this position is based on the level of experience outlined in the job description.
If a candidate's experience differs from the requirements, the salary may be adjusted accordingly.
