Team Lead, Accounting and Finance at LaSalle Network

LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing distribution company in Glenview, IL to bring on an Accounts Receivable Specialist
. In this fast‑paced role, you'll manage high‑volume collections, resolve discrepancies, and ensure invoices are accurate and on time, all while making a real impact and growing your AR and collections experience.

• Collect on past‑due invoices via phone and email, apply payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies such as short pays, over payments, and duplicate payments.
• Review and process credit balances, assess orders on hold, and support credit evaluations.
• Monitor and maintain customer accounts, documenting collection status, communications, and obtaining proof of deliveries (PODs) as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Support month‑end reporting, reconciliations, and other tasks as assigned.

• 2+ years of B2B collections or Accounts Receivable experience:
  • Experience managing at least $500k–$1M in monthly collections.
• Familiarity with Oracle, AS400, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• High school diploma or GED required, additional education a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail‑oriented, team player, dependable, and proactive.

$24-26/hour (depending on experience, skill set, and contract terms)
