About the Opportunity

A respected, independent, employee-owned financial services firm is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to support its long-standing Wealth Management practice. The firm has been a trusted advisor to individuals, families, and institutions for over 80 years.

This group is known for exceptional client service, deep advisor tenure (20+ years on average), and a highly collaborative culture. You’ll join a North Shore office located steps from public transit, working closely with advisors and high-net-worth clients in a role that is essential to the client experience.

Note: This role does not transition into an advisor position, but offers advancement into senior client service roles within the wealth management organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage onboarding for new clients, including documentation, data gathering, and account setup
  • Execute account maintenance such as beneficiary updates, registrations, and profile changes
  • Process and track asset movements (wires, journals, EFTs) and resolve any exceptions
  • Support billing, reporting, and client tax information requests
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce, Wealthscape, and Black Diamond
  • Prepare operational and compliance documentation
  • Partner closely with advisors, operations, and compliance teams
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3+ years of experience in wealth management, private client, or brokerage operations
  • Brownie points if you have FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with estate and trust administration is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through; able to manage deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce, Wealthscape, and Black Diamond preferred
