A community mental health provider seeks a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment plans, and medications. The PMHNP will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote patient-centered care in a community setting. Candidates should have an MSN/DNP degree in Psychiatric Mental Health and an active IL license. Full-time position with a mid-senior level of responsibility.
