A Senior Living Community with Assisted and Independent Living

Overview:
- RN or LPN Required
- Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm or 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Flexible Schedule Required
Details:
- As a Health and Wellness Coordinator at Brookdale Northbrook, you will join the clinical team.
- Maintain the monthly nurses' schedule.
- Manage the Falls and Skin Care Programs.
- Oversee new Admissions.
- Interact with Residents and Family Members.
This position is similar to an Assistant Director of Nursing. If you love leadership and managing a team, this is the role for you!

- Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations to meet residents' healthcare needs.
- Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as needs change.
- Maintain consistent quality resident care and service delivery across all shifts, possibly assuming roles of Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide as needed.
- Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provide ongoing training and education.
- Oversee medication management, including training, pharmacy coordination, and audits per Brookdale guidelines.
- Share on-call duties as required.
- Obtain and maintain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) with 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Hold an LPN or LVN license.
