The IT Business Systems Analyst-III will work with Supply Chain and IT leaders to implement solutions. Incumbents are self‑starting individuals with an aptitude for creative and critical thinking, envisioning solutions that create business value and align with IT strategy. They use superior relationship building and communication skills to refine solution requirements with business and IT subject‑matter experts.

• Lead small solutions through the system’s life cycle from inception to go‑live and beyond.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver creative solutions.
• Deliver functional and technical requirements to development teams.
• Advise decision makers by providing insightful data visualizations and reporting to drive impactful business decisions.
• Lead small projects in consultation with Supply Chain, IT Security, Infrastructure Team, and Vendors; drive projects end to end while ensuring stakeholder alignment along the way.
• Ensure that all deliverables are completed in accordance with Project Management methodology; clearly and frequently communicate the status.
• Influence the future of business systems by engaging and participating in system/product selection and evaluation.
• Define scope and strategy of quality assurance to keep the business systems current and reliable.
• Manage operational activities on projects and enhancements, including monitoring resource needs, preparing documentation, status reports, key issues, and/or change controls.
• Analyze the overall health of business systems at CF through system issue tracking and cross‑functional alignment.

• Establishes and implements processes and procedures to meet departmental internal controls requirements.
• Ensures that established processes/procedures are followed as designed. Works with the Internal Controls Department to identify deficiencies in existing processes/procedures, the need for new ones, and the extent to which such processes/procedures are being followed.
• Develops and implements corrective actions regarding department internal controls as necessary.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree (Information Technology/Computer Science) or its equivalent in a related field is typically preferred.
• Years of experience: 5+ years of related professional work experience may be preferred to complete all essential job functions.
• Other unique job‑relevant attributes:
  • Previous Supply Chain experience is a plus.
  • Experience of and participation in the change process, attending change board as a representative.
  • Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations.
  • Business test planning/coordination experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn, demonstrate, and apply knowledge of the business to deliver improvements in solutions and processes and better align IT Service with Business goals.

Estimated base pay for the position is typically between $81,700 - $107,800. The actual base pay may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job‑related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.
