Project Manager, Systems Analyst, IT QA Tester ​/ Automation

Project Management experience – independently anchor testing programs and manage all stakeholders and client relationships.
Test Automation expertise – Selenium expertise including framework design and development in an Agile environment.
Core Java expertise.
Define, manage, and maintain functional test automation and framework development in Selenium, Appium, Protractor.

Working experience in other testing types like services, DB, performance, security testing, and applicable automation tools.

Experience with Agile testing.
7+ years of testing experience with hands-on Selenium experience of 4+ years. Exposure to web, mobile, services, and DB automation.
Define coordinated and iterative test strategies; create and maintain test strategy across different tiers and E2E.
Experience in project planning, including quality plan, risk plan, resource/capacity planning.
Experience in handling change management across projects.
Review project deliverables across the testing lifecycle.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work in an onsite-offshore model.
Responsible for all project deliverables and consolidating project status in weekly reports.
Working knowledge of Black-Box Testing following Waterfall, V model, and Agile methodologies.
7+ years of SDLC experience.
5+ years of Test Automation Development experience with open source and market-leading solutions.
4+ years of Agile testing experience.
Experience in problem-solving, risk mitigation, and providing innovative solutions.
Working knowledge of Test Management tools like ALM/JIRA.
Certifications such as INS, LOMA, ISTQB are desired.
Work responsibilities include business requirement analysis, effort estimation, resource planning, risk management, quality metrics, test management, test plan and strategy review, test case review, test data strategy, test execution, reporting, defect management, and coordination.
Analytical and communication skills are essential.
Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration given for three years of progressive experience in the field for each year of education.
At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
