Strauss Malk & Feder LLP is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join our expanding estate planning and administration team. A dedicated paralegal with at least two years of trusts and estates experience will find a rewarding role at a firm recognized for excellence in the field.

In this full-time role, based in Northbrook, IL, you will support attorneys in all aspects of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and probate.

• Assist attorneys with estate planning, trust and estate administration, and probate matters.
• Prepare probate court filings and related documents.
• Manage and maintain organized client files and records.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other professionals.
• Track deadlines and key dates across multiple matters.
• Stay current on relevant laws, procedures, and best practices.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trusts & Estates paralegal; 4+ years preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset.
