Director of Rehabilitation (DOR-Director of Rehab)

Enhance Rehabilitation is hiring a Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations. We are dedicated to providing quality rehabilitation services to our patients, focusing on evidence‑based care and continuous professional development for our team.

As a Director, you will be responsible for the successful operations of your assigned location(s), ensuring the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered efficiently while achieving the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Manage a team of therapists and assistants, including Enhance staff and contract labor.
• Effectively communicate with the management team, including other Directors and Regional Managers.
• Ensure clinical services meet evidence‑based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee clinical management of the rehab department, covering case management, quality improvement, care planning, and positive outcomes.
• Handle hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor.
• Provide excellent customer service to the location team, deliver reports, and develop and implement programs appropriate for the patient population.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and families.
