Core Responsibilities

• Execute routine preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of production and packaging machinery.
• Address and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and conveyor system malfunctions to help maintain a reliable production line.
• Analyze equipment performance to pinpoint the root causes of technical failures.
• Improve overall facility productivity by performing rapid and effective equipment repairs.
• Manage maintenance documentation within the CMMS platform to ensure accurate historical data.
• Oversee parts inventory and essential maintenance supplies to ensure team readiness.
• Collaborate closely with production staff to help foster a safe and highly efficient operational environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an industrial maintenance role.
• Proven background working within manufacturing, production, or packaging settings.
• Advanced proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Experience with welding or machining is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly valued but not mandatory.
