Social Media Coordinator

Position Summary
The Social Media Coordinator will manage multiple social media profiles and execute the marketing strategy. The successful candidate will develop and maintain blogs, video feeds, trending social networking sites, and resource centers. The candidate will provide customers with comprehensive analytics, data pretensions, and resource management reports. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers multiple projects on schedule and within budget with a focus on accuracy.

• Grow social media presence and generate ideas for building brand image
• Promptly respond to and interact with social media followers
• Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns with goals such as subscriber acquisition, streams, app installs, video views, etc.
• Bring innovative ideas and recommendations to ensure social media marketing remains modern, compelling, relevant and engaging
• Additional duties as assigned

• Minimum 3 years plus experience
• Strong project management or organized skills
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, You Tube, Twitter, etc.) and how to deploy them
• Team player with the confidence to lead and guide others
• Good technical understanding and ability to learn new hardware and software quickly
• Public relations, marketing, sales, or community management experience
• Experience managing social media advertising programs

• Graphic design skills with portfolio
• Bilingual (Spanish)
