The Senior Integrated Media Plannerisafulltimeroleresponsibleforthestrategicdevelopmentandexecutionofintegratedmediaopportunitieswithcurrentclients ,aswellasthemanagement/oversightofthemediaplanning,buying,implementation,andperformanceanalysisfortheircampaigns.

The Senior Integrated Media Plannerisexpectedtocontinuouslychallengethemselves ,their client(s)&agencycounterpartstounitetodeveloprelevant,original,andimpactfulmediastrategiesandtest&learnopportunitiesthatspanthefullspectrumofmedia.

• Partners with Associate Director ,asneeded,todevelopandimplementmediastrategies
• SeeksadviceandcounselfromSVP,Integrated Planning(SVIP),forproperdevelopmentofintegratedmediabriefs,objectives&strategiestoensureastrongfoundationonwhichtobuildanintegratedplan.
• Developsandimplementsintegratedmediastrategies—partneringwiththe

• Managestheday-to-daystrategicmediaplanningactivitiesforassignedaccount(s) whileengagingoversightandsupportof

  Director,when necessary.
• Collaborateswiththe Integrated Mediateamandagencycross -functionalteamsonthedevelopmentofintegratedmediacampaignstrategiesandtacticalconsiderationsforclients,andbeabletospeaktotheuniquewaysdifferentstrategiesandtacticsworkwithinacampaignstructure
• Uncovers/understandsclientobjectives,challengesandneedsasitpertainsto
  
  Integrated Media
• Responsible for Integrated Mediabriefco -development,strategicapproach,vendor/partner/publisherproposalevaluation&negotiation,mediarecommendationdevelopment,andpresentationtoclients
• Responsibleforcampaignoversight;inclusive of,butnotlimitedtoregularlyreviewingperformancewithanalyticsteam,optimizations,implications,trackingofthebudgetandmediaspends&ensuringproperbilling
• Developsstrongknowledgeofthechangingmedialandscapebynetworking,meetingwithandbuildingrelationshipswithnewvendor/partners,etc.;understandingthebenefitsbetweenworkingwithdifferentvendorsandbeabletoclearlyprovidestrategicrationaleforallvendorrecommendations
• Develops&sharesmediaPOV’sasneeded(both internally&client facing)

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
  bachelor’sdegreefromanaccreditedfour-yearcollegeoruniversitypreferred
• 4+yearsofrelevantmediaplanningexperiencerequired;2+yearsinamediaplanningrole
• Demonstratesknowledgeofbothofflineandonlinemediaandanalytics
• Demonstratesexperiencewithshoppermarketing
• Demonstratesknowledgeandunderstandingofdigitaldisciplinesincluding,butnotlimitedtodisplay,online video,CTV,richmedia,programmatic,social media,influencermedia,SEM,digital coupons,adoperationsetc.
• Demonstratesunderstandingofmediaplanning,negotiation,implementation,andperformanceanalysis
• Experiencewritingandsellinginproposals/plansforintegratedmediaefforts
