Location and Pay Range
Northbrook, IL 60062
PositionHospice Registered Nurse – full time
ScheduleMonday through Friday with flexible hours. No extended shifts and minimal weekend requirements.
CompensationEstimated pay: $80,000 per year. $15,000 bonus paid quarterly. Six‑week RN onboarding. Travel reimbursement and $15k bonus. Full benefits package and 401(k).
Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Manage symptoms, administer medications, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
- Provide education and guidance to families throughout the hospice process.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.
- Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
- Minimum of one year of professional RN experience (Hospice experience preferred).
- Current BLS and CPR certification (training support available if needed).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Comprehensive six‑week RN onboarding program.
- Travel position with reimbursement provided.
- $15,000 bonus paid out quarterly.
