Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (PT- Days)

In this role the Certified Nursing Assistant will:

  • Reports directly to the nurse manager, may also take direction from licensed nurses on duty or other supervisory staff.
  • Provides direct care to residents on a daily basis.
  • Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
  • Performs duties in a service‑oriented manner, assisting residents with basic personal care according to procedures and daily assignments.
  • Includes, but is not limited to, bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, grooming, feeding, transportation/transfer, etc.
  • Maintains resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner by providing light housekeeping, changing linen, making beds, and tidying bedside tables, shelves, closets, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Assists with resident laundry, ensuring clothes are marked, clean, mended, ironed, and put away.
  • Notifies supervisor of clothing needs as they occur.
  • Prepares residents for meals, assists with serving meals and feeding residents.
  • May be cross‑trained in Assisted Living.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • High School diploma or the equivalent.
  • Completion and passing of the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
  • Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.
Compensation Pay Range:

$19.13 - $23.33 per hour

Reasonable Pay Estimate: A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $19.13 - $23.33 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job‑related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
