AboutThe Role
We’re looking for an experienced Ultrasound Technician with a vascular focus to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, takes pride in producing high-quality studies, and values being part of a calm, respectful clinical environment.
What You’ll Do- Perform venous reflux studies, venous mapping, and limited arterial exams as ordered
- Prepare patients for ultrasound exams and explain procedures in a clear, reassuring way
- Accurately measure, document, and record findings for physician interpretation
- Assist physicians during ultrasound-guided vein procedures (endovenous ablation, sclerotherapy, etc.)
- Ensure ultrasound equipment is properly maintained and ready for use
- Maintain a clean, organized ultrasound room
- Work collaboratively with providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Follow all HIPAA, safety, and infection-control protocols
- RVT or RVS certification required
- 1–2+ years of vascular ultrasound experience (venous experience strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of venous anatomy, pathology, and reflux protocols
- Strong patient-care and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a busy clinical setting
- EMR experience preferred
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, starting with 2 days a week - Compensation:
