We are seeking an enthusiastic receptionist to join our team at Northbrook Inn Memory Care in Northbrook, IL. This is a full‑time position (11 AM – 7:30 PM, including every other weekend) with a pay rate of $18–$19 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones and direct calls appropriately
  • Greet and direct visitors to the community
  • Take and retrieve messages for various personnel
  • Provide callers with community address, direction, and other related information
  • Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail; maintain and route publications
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery of express mail services (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.)
  • Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies
  • Assist with clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing, and collating
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Ability to multi‑task and handle a fast‑paced work environment in a friendly and professional manner
  • Must be drug‑free and submit to a drug screening upon hire and at routine intervals
  • Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
