Beauty Educator - Chicago; North

As a Headkount Beauty Educator, you’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity and sales. This position covers the Chicago North market, with educators scheduled at various beauty retailer locations within the market area. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support from our education programs to set you up for success.

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 / hour

• Educate the retail staff members on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharing product knowledge and selling strategies
• Uphold merchandising and brand guidelines
• Host and participate in branded events, ensuring that sales goals are achieved
• Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift
• Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app

• At least 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or beauty retailer
• Excellent beauty retail selling and education background
• Experience hosting beauty retail events
• Strong communication skills
• Professional conduct in-store and demonstrated team player
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, smartphone apps
• Must have a working smartphone
• Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in market
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends
