The Seasonal Selling Associate enhances the client experience by welcoming customers and connecting them with appropriate associates. This role supports sales and store operations during the holiday season.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, and connect them with associates based on their needs.
- Work in different store areas, process point-of-sale transactions, and follow up on customer requests.
- Connect customers with management to resolve escalated issues.
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with Operations and store managers.
- Introduce customers to relevant services, including alterations, personalization, and package carry-out or delivery.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
