About the Role

Key Qualifications- Previous sales experience in plumbing with proven relationship building and selling of service contracts and repeat business.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical knowledge of plumbing preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in closing deals through effective negotiations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Self‑starter, goal‑oriented, and customer‑focused.
- Identify and acquire new customers to secure profitable inspection and service maintenance agreements.
- Develop and execute innovative sales plans to meet sales targets.
- Build relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop, estimate, present, and secure inspection and service maintenance agreements.
