The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. This onsite role serves customers in person and digitally, sharing fashion and product knowledge while achieving individual sales goals.
Responsibilities- Provide customer-focused service and demonstrate expert styling, product, and brand knowledge.
- Use selling tools, digital technology, social media, and omnichannel inventory to connect with clients and increase sales.
- Meet personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and business planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment and support client needs.
- Maintain availability Friday through Sunday.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fashion, styling, or fashion retail experience.
- Commission sales experience and comfort using digital tools to sell to clients.
- Motivation to set and achieve sales goals, with a flexible work schedule.
