The Selling Advisor cultivates client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personalized engagement. This onsite role focuses on handbags and serves clients both in-store and digitally, using product knowledge and technology to deliver a luxury shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Provide customer-centric service and demonstrate expert styling, fashion, and brand knowledge.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology, social media, and omnichannel inventory to serve clients and drive sales.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and technology.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fashion, styling, or fashion retail experience, including commission sales experience.
- Experience using technology and digital tools to sell to clients.
- Motivation to set and achieve sales goals and flexibility to work a flexible schedule.
