We are currently seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technicians with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Responsibilities include maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration, electrical schematics, pneumatics, electronic controls, pipe fitting, welding/brazing, and mechanical layouts.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Servicing products and equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Performing repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnosing and repairing units using hand tools, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering specifications
- Performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications
- Maintaining vehicle records and completing repairs and maintenance
- Documenting work in Service Titan
- Staying current with manufacturer products and procedures
- Providing technical support to customers
- Mentoring less experienced technicians and apprentices
Requirements include:
- Universal EPA Certification
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility for overtime and weekend work
Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour
