Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sewer Lining Helper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic plumbing, construction, or labor experience who wants to grow a career in the sewer and drain industry. You will work closely with experienced technicians to assist in the preparation, installation, and maintenance of sewer lining projects. Training will be provided — all you need is a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup and preparation of sewer lining jobs, including staging materials and equipment
  • Help measure, cut, and mix lining materials under the direction of lead technicians
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely to support installation work
  • Assist with rodding, jetting, and cleaning sewer lines before lining
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite throughout the project
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
  • Load and unload tools, equipment, and supplies from company vehicles
  • Support the crew with additional tasks such as digging, pipe preparation, and site cleanup
Requirements
  • 3+ months of plumbing, drain cleaning, or construction‑related experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
  • Basic knowledge of rodding or drain cleaning is a plus
  • Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
  • Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and work in confined spaces
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license
