We are seeking hard‑working and reliable individuals to join our Sewer Installation Team as Excavation Helpers. This is an entry‑level role with hands‑on training provided. You'll assist experienced technicians with digging, trenching, and preparing job sites for sewer and water line installations and repairs. • Assist with digging, trenching, and back filling for sewer and water line projects
• Help prepare, load, and stage tools, materials, and equipment for jobs
• Support installation and repair of water and sewer lines, laterals, and cleanouts
• Assist in locating and addressing leaks or damaged piping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times
• Follow instructions from crew leaders and work as part of a team
• Operate basic hand tools and assist with light equipment use under supervision

• No prior excavation experience required — training provided
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to lift, dig, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude
• Must be physically fit and able to work in trenches or confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
