ONE is seeking an Entry‑Level Service Technician to join our Service Team, based out of our Northbrook, IL office. For more information on our company, please visit

The Entry‑Level Technician role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in technical support and managed print services. Your primary focus will be pre‑installation and device setup for customer locations. When not scheduled for installation tasks, you will assist our team by helping resolve overflow service calls on printers, copiers, and MFPs—gaining valuable hands‑on experience and training in the process.

This is an ideal position for someone who is mechanically inclined, customer‑focused, and eager to grow in a tech‑support environment.

• Perform preflight configurations and physical installation of printers, MFPs, and copiers at customer sites
• Assist with overflow service support, performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance on MPS devices
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on‑site and via phone
• Keep accurate records of installations and service activity using a company laptop
• Collaborate with senior technicians and team leads to gain knowledge and support service excellence
• Maintain an organized, stocked, and secure mobile work environment (car stock, tools, etc.)

• Competitive salary (based on hourly wage) between 35‑40k
• Regular business working hours from Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Ongoing training and job‑related certifications based on our authorized product lines: HP, Canon, Xerox, Kyocera copiers, MFPs, printers, and Zebra label printers

• A strong interest in technology and hands‑on problem solving
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move devices weighing up to 100 lbs
• Experience is preferred but not required
