School Bus Driver - No Exp Needed - Training Provided

Location:

2161 Foster Ave, Wheeling, IL 60090. Starting pay rate: $30.00/hour. Hiring immediately – no experience necessary – training provided. Walk-in interviews:
Monday–Friday 9am–12pm and 1pm–4pm. Bring a friend.

• Provides safe and reliable transportation by operating a school bus or other vehicle on a fixed or changing route.
• Maintains on-time performance and safety; reports any incidents per company policy.
• Assists passengers as needed during boarding and evacuation in emergencies.
• Follows company policies on student and passenger management; completes required paperwork timely.
• Maintains professional appearance and cooperative attitude with staff, customers, and passengers.
• Operates vehicle equipment including wheelchair lifts, radios, and emergency equipment safely.
• Other duties as assigned. Paratransit driver locations may have additional responsibilities.

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 for Tennessee drivers per state law).
• Must possess or obtain valid state licenses and required certifications to operate company vehicles.
• Must meet physical/medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening; safety-sensitive role with random screening.
• Must satisfactorily complete and pass all training.
• Defensive driving required; maintain safe driving and work habits.
• Compliance with all applicable driver requirements.
